Workflow
From market signal to capture action.
Gov-Peak connects discovery, qualification, research, teaming, capture, and leadership visibility so the pursuit keeps its context as it moves forward.
01Discover
Search current federal opportunities and forecasts alongside award and incumbent context instead of working from a notice feed alone.
02Qualify
Use your capabilities, target agencies, NAICS codes, set-asides, and pursuit preferences to focus attention on the opportunities that fit.
03Research
Connect the requirement to award history, incumbents, agencies, companies, contract vehicles, and other evidence needed for a pursuit decision.
04Capture
Move qualified work into a governed federal pipeline with owners, stages, value, deadlines, notes, action items, and acquisition activity tied to the pursuit.
05Team
Use federal award evidence and GSA information to identify potential partners, incumbents, and competitors without separating teaming research from capture.
06Stay aligned
Calendar events, meeting analysis, action items, KPI reporting, and the Leadership Brief keep the team and leadership working from the same operating picture.
Optional connected workflowOutlook calendar events can appear in Gov-Peak, Fathom can sync completed meeting transcripts for review, and compatible Claude or ChatGPT connections can read approved workspace context through Gov-Peak's AI connection — read-only unless you choose read & write, which is limited to pursuits and action items.
Resources
Federal data, connected to the pursuit.
Gov-Peak combines published government APIs, public federal datasets, and supported forecast data so research can happen where capture work is already happening.
Opportunities
SAM.gov for federal contract opportunities and notices.
Grants.gov for federal assistance opportunities.
Awards & incumbents
USAspending for award history, recipients, obligations, and periods of performance.
FPDS for authoritative contract transaction detail and modifications.
Companies & vehicles
SAM Entity data for UEI, CAGE, business status, and registration context.
GSA public schedule/vendor data for schedule and vendor verification.
Forecasts & programs
DHS APFS and supported agency forecast ingestion for future requirements.
SAM Assistance Listings for federal program context linked to assistance opportunities.
Built for evidence, not invented certainty.Different government systems refresh on different schedules and not every source offers a public API. Gov-Peak preserves source context and avoids presenting unsupported assumptions as verified data.
About Gov-Peak LLC
Federal growth should run from one operating picture.
Gov-Peak LLC builds software for federal contractors that want to find the right opportunities earlier, make better pursuit decisions, and keep market intelligence connected to capture execution.
Public data should be usable.
The government already publishes valuable opportunity, award, company, and forecast information. The value comes from connecting the pieces and putting them into a workflow a growth team can act on.
Evidence beats guesswork.
When something is supported by a government source, Gov-Peak should show the evidence. When it is not verified, the product should not turn an assumption into a confident-looking fact.
Early visibility creates options.
Forecasts, expiring contracts, incumbent history, and early notices matter because they create time to qualify, shape, team, and prepare before the final solicitation.
Capture should stay connected.
Research, pursuit decisions, meetings, action items, deadlines, teaming, and reporting belong around the same opportunity instead of being rebuilt across disconnected trackers.
Privacy
Workspace data stays part of your workspace.
A plain-language summary. The full Privacy Policy is published and governs.
Organization data
Pipeline records, notes, action items, teaming information, and other workspace content are used to provide the Gov-Peak service to your organization. Gov-Peak's existing product design does not pool that competitive workspace content into another customer's view.
Connected services
Optional integrations only use the access required for the connected feature. The current Microsoft 365 integration reads calendar data; the AI connector is read-only unless a user chooses read & write, which can only add or update pursuits, pursuit notes and action items and cannot delete; Fathom transcripts are handled as meeting-analysis content and are encrypted at rest.
AI-Assisted Meeting Analysis
Optional, off by default, and turned on for a company only by one of its administrators. When it is on, the transcript content needed for analysis, the meeting date, your company's pursuit names, agencies, stages and solicitation numbers, and your team members' names are sent to Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Web Services) for processing by an Anthropic Claude model; a request may be processed in more than one AWS Region within the United States. Suggestions are reviewed by a person before anything is added to your pipeline.
Public and business data only
The current production environment is not approved for classified information or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Do not upload or enter classified information, CUI, credentials, passwords, or other restricted secrets.
Access controls
Customer data requests require valid application access, and organization-level data is separated by the application's tenant and authorization controls.
